And I figure at this point it won't end until they're all out of high school. So I try my best to enjoy the craziness and not pull my hair out. Also, give my White Chili a try. I would also chop the meat, mix it with some pinto beans and have tacos with all the fixin's. Mine are young too (7 and 4) and there is real peace of mind knowing they are somewhere safe. Now as for the chicken my favorites to make with the left-overs are chicken pot pie or chicken and dumplings. I also have a recipe for a chicken loaf with a mushroom gravy, a nice change from regular meatloaf. I'm sure you will make some seriously yummy meals with all that chicken!! :cDcountry mousehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06222448718866218658noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3634359139079818019.post-61305695432280896902008-04-28T08:49:00.000-04:002008-04-28T08:49:00.000-04:00Whoa girl, I'm too tired to leave a comment after ...Whoa girl, I'm too tired to leave a comment after that post!! I'm sure you left out a bunch of things other things you did today. Busy, but wonderful! As for the chicken, chicken enchiladas would be a must at our house along with chicken and broccoli casserole. I have a great recipe for chinese chicken salad that my kids love. Such a great price and all that chicken for future meals. btw my kids favorite sport used to be bale jumping!jacquiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07362229673390519468noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3634359139079818019.post-1096821773720314542008-04-27T22:03:00.000-04:002008-04-27T22:03:00.000-04:00Wow, I remember that life, and I can't believe I l...Wow, I remember that life, and I can't believe I lived through it, only I had 8 to chase and feed and have parties for. The rule at our house was the birthday child could invite the same number of friends as their age, and then the other kids got a buddy their age so nobody was left out.

You're a good mom!Granny Lynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05541576458508173416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3634359139079818019.post-50134631169227260842008-04-27T11:35:00.000-04:002008-04-27T11:35:00.000-04:00Sounds hectic, but wonderful. I feel the same way about wanting my kids' friends to feel comfortable coming over so they can play in a safe environment rather than God-knows-where. My oldest is starting pre-school in the fall, so I'm anticipating play-dates and whatnot. The word "play-date" cracks me up. In the city kids have to actually make dates in order to play. So sad. Your husband is awesome for carrying your daughter around. When is her cast coming off?I am Arizona; a person, not a place.https://www.blogger.com/profile/18162117959024394009noreply@blogger.com
