Caught Up

I am certainly NOT all caught up, but I thought I was for a brief period in time!!!

Saturday morning found us hurrying up to get all of our errands done. THere was a party to go to with lots of this:

And this:

You get the idea.

Sunday I spent working around the house - the cleaning, cooking, washing that I specifically tell the babysitters not to mess with.

But I finished Flair. And I love it.

Not the best photo but hopefully I'll get some better ones tonight. I started another sweater right away. This is giving me LOTS of sitting in the sun time.
And THANK YOU for all of your good wishes concerning our trial. It was continued to August 28th due to a scheduling error with the Court. We are still hopeful, but I am SO READY for this garbage to be over.
Have a great day
Kris

Phew! I had some catching up to do myself reading your wonderful blog.

I can't believe this issue about farming is even coming up. We've too many lawyers in this country (not to offend anyone, but I do believe this) and a justice system that, although overwhelmed, doesn't seem to know how to simplify by completely dismissing frivolous cases. At one time if you didn't have a legitimate complaint, a violation of law or blatant negligence, a lawyer told you your case was hopeless. Doesn't appear to be that way anymore. Oh well. It's so typical the case was postponed. I do hope it will all resolve itself favorably for you!

I absolutely love the sweater you made for yourself. CONGRATS on a job very well done! Your creative talent knows no bounds. :)

Enjoy, enjoy these summer days of picnics and sunshine, children at play and delicious food.

Peace out.

Ana :)

Your pics are all sooooo beautiful, Kris! I love your blog header -- such serenity. Altho...sounds as if things have not been serene by you.

However, your sweater is G.O.R.G.E.O.U.S.!!!! It is absolutely wonderful!

I soooooo love that sweater!! the color is perfect!! and it looks so soft and comfy!!

Sorry about the delay in the court, but now you have time to google any cases like this and set up some artillery...spend some time at the library, etc...make some use of the time??? if anything, it will take some of the nervousness out of it all,

know that we're right behind you!

I love how the sweater turned out.

Your sweater looks great! I'll have to search for it on Ravelry.

Sorry to hear your court date was postponed!! That's a bummer! It's hard to believe your neighbor lives THAT far away and is complaining about what you are doing. You should say his semi-truck makes too much noise or something and that he needs to get rid of it. lol! Does your road have a weight limit? Maybe he really isn't supposed to have it there.... mwah ha ha!
