Everyday Blessings

Monday I was bored.

So I painted my bathroom:

This isn't the greatest picture - it's got more of a gold tint to the paint. Tyler rolled the bottom half of the walls and I did the top half and the edging. Now it's put the molding and trim back up and a new floor and it will feel like I have a new bathroom.

And I worked on this quilt some more:

And I found this cute star to hang on the chicken coop (although I am thinking I need a bigger one?):

And we have had soccer practice and 4-H. I saw this morning this tree changing color:

Fall will be here before we know it. Today it's chilly and rainy - but more the annoying drizzle. Off to make dinner before soccer practice - which hopefully they cancel due to the rain!

I love the fact you were bored with a room so let's revamp all of it! I know my husband wishes I thought like that more often... Really, a new floor? What are you going to do? I also adore the quilt. I am so tentative when it comes to the actual quilting that I currently have 3 and soon to be 4-5 that are lonely little tops. It really is beautiful.

Cool star. I love them! Some places it looks right, and some it doesn't. It is perfect on the coop.

Hey, soccer doesn't cancel for rain! It isn't baseball afterall!

If you get bored again pop over and you can paint some of my rooms. LOL

I can't believe how early the trees are turning over here as well. I think we are going to be in for some fabulous colours this year.

Love and hugs Gina xxx
