(ignore all the buttons scattered everywhere
- was looking for eyes)
Lyn asked for more chicken blocks - to see how they would all work together - here's 3 of them.
I have the eye's sewn on. The beaks I'm going to try and find a scrap of dark orange - something that will really stand out. I don't like the light fabric - it's too tiny and blends in too well
Todd said I need to cut the heads off and let them flop around (if you haven't realized - he really doesn't like chicken/s. But I'm winning the war (hopefully) on getting some). But he figured out right off what they were supposed to be.
I'm thinking 3 rows of 3 for a table topper. We'll see how many I get done today.
I'm off for a fun filled soccer game in the rain - I was so hoping they cancel it, but so far, no such luck. Wish Tyler luck!!!

those chickens are cute!
The chickens look even better in multiples! Is that a "Kris Original"?
Good luck getting some real ones!
oh, oh, oh, I love the little chicks!!! the "triple" is such a great idea, maybe throw in a backwards one now and then? (think of me if you do, I'm always backward!)
Definitely no head cutting will be allowed. They are so cute! I'm still fussing with the paper piecing thing. I think the beginner pattern I found is too hard.
Adorable!!! And don't worry, you'll wear him down and get your own chicks, I know it!
