The next project out of my rubbermaid tote:
Although I think it will have to be a wall hanging or a table runner, as I don't think I have enough strips to do a lap quilt. I love this fabric line (Kansas Troubles snow blooms) and hesitate to admit this has been cut out for.....13 months now, maybe? We'll see how far the fabric goes when I finish it tonight.
Todd's finally able to bale 3rd cutting - it's been so cool here, and we had a day of rain. So that is what we will be doing for a little while this afternoon.
And I stopped at Wal-mart before coming into work to pick up more fabric for Jessie's witch's dress - at $2.00 a yard, I can force myself to go into wal-mart for the fabric for a costume that she will wear 2 days, tops.
Enjoy your weekends!
Kris

lovely fabrics~ I am going to have to watch myself, I could become addicted to fabric pretty easily.

There are lots of goodies in that Rubbermaid tote! And that IS a very pretty line of fabric. Yum! :)
Forcing yourself to go to Wal Mart...yup, I understand! My wife won't go at all. She refuses flat out. I just go early before the crowds come. Anyhow, we know your pain
Hi Kris,
Love the fabric. You sure are busy!
Hope you have a wonderful day!

I love that fabric! You are finding all kinds of good stuff in that tote of yours. I agree with your Wal-Mart philosophy. I have been once in the past year, and my husband has refused to enter the store for the past 4 years-he will drive out of his way to avoid it. :)
love your fabric.
I know what you mean about Wal-mart. I only go about twice a year and that is when my daughter has her eye exam there.
very Fall like those fabric colours, a favourite in this house.

oh, I love those colors, too, in the lap quilt, I hope there's enough,,,
the costumes are coming along great, too! and I don't blame you for getting the fabric from Wal-mart, they wear it only to 2 parties and then they are done.
